The No. 4L Scalpel Handle is a longer version of the No. 4 handle.

No .4L Handle is suitable for use with all No.4 Fitment scalpel blades - including No.18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22A, 23, 24, 25, 25A, 26, 27 and 36.
