The No. 3L Scalpel Handle is a longer version of the No. 3 handle.

No. 3L Handle is suitable for use with all No.3 Fitment scalpel blades - including No.6, 9, 10, 10A, 10R, E/11, 11, 11P, 12, 12D, 13, 14, 15, 15A, 15C, 15T, 16, 40 and SG3.
