The fine pores retain moisture at the wound surface, while excess exudate travels to the upper pores of the foam to be eliminated as moisture vapour, increasing dressing wear time. Suitable as a primary or secondary dressing for the management of wounds, arterial, diabetic and venous leg ulcers as well as pressure injuries, partial thickness burns and surgical incisions.
