Impervia Neosorb Superabsorbent, Sterile Dressings 20cm x 45cm possess high fluid retention of up to more than 30 times its dry weight and outward wicking of fluid which pushes liquid outwards instead of upwards thus providing minimal change in the thickness of the dressing. They also have a characteristic dry contact surface as any exudate is bound in the SAP absorbent core.
