Impervia® Neosorb Superabsorbent Dressing quickly absorbs and binds large amounts of wound exudate into its ‘heart’ of superabsorbent polymers. Suitable for very heavily exuding wounds, primary or secondary dressing and the protection of clothing and linen.
The outer ‘envelope’ is ultrasonically bonded (adhesive-free construction) increasing conformability and minimising the risk of possible skin reactions. The dressing is sealed on all sides preventing sideways leakage. The outer envelope is larger than the absorbent core, allowing outward not the upward expansion of the core.
