InHealth self seal laminated Sterilisation Pouches are manufactured from medical grade 70gsm paper and tinted front laminate of 52um. Featuring peel-away self-seal, each laminate pouch is produced with second seal banding for additional strength.
Sterilisation methods include Ethylene Oxide Gas or steam sterilization at 121 degrees or 134 degrees
- Multi-Sealing Lines: Reduce fiber peel and the risk of damage of sealing-integrity while loading, stocking and transporting.
- Non-Polluted Printing: Printing is located at the sealing area/ outside packing areas with water-based ink to avoid contamination on packed items during sterilization.
- Assured Sterility: Followed by ISO standard and CDC infection control guidelines.
- Internal indicators: Ensure the instrument inside the pouch is well sterilized.
- Protection seal: Chevron sealing avoids of the damage from the sharp items.
